As we expand our offerings, we are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone taking a career break from marketing and looking for a flexible position in a supportive environment.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Coordinator who can help us elevate The Barn on The Bay’s presence across various channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, SEO, social media management, PPC advertising, and event promotion. This part-time role offers flexibility, averaging 40 hours per month in a friendly office space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Write engaging blogs and website content to tell our story and attract customers.

  • SEO Management: Optimise our websites to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.

  • Branding Assistance: Help develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.

  • Social Media Content: Produce and manage content for our social media platforms, showcasing behind-the-scenes moments and events.

  • PPC Advertising: Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to maximise ROI.

  • Event Promotion: Organise and promote marketing and publicity events to increase visibility and engagement.

  • Promotions Management: Develop and run promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

  • Metrics & Tracking: Monitor marketing metrics, track spending, and analyse campaign performance to inform future strategies.

  • Styled Shoots: Organise and execute styled shoots and content creation days to create visually appealing content for our marketing efforts.

  • Food Styling: Be creative with our kitchen team to organise food styling and product shots to promote the food side of the business.
