Spring Supper Clubs
Supper Clubs are a chance for our chefs to get creative and experiment with new recipes, using produce coming both from the farm and our favourite suppliers.
Our Spring Menu is designed around our own Hemscott Hill Beef. We’re based on a real working farm producing amazing beef and lamb and we currently have some of our own beef briskets hanging in our in house dry ager.
As well as our beef we have rhubarb coming through in the garden and our hens are laying in abundance so we’re making the most of those along side some spring favourites like asparagus and spring greens. We’ve been foraging for wild garlic and have been making cheese using local milk.
One of our spring favourites is blood oranges that we get through the Crowd Farming initiative, supporting fellow farmers in other countries by buying direct from the farms.
Supper Clubs at the barn are based on sharing dishes on tables of 2 to 8 depending on your party size. You’ll be welcomed in with a seasonal cocktail, have a chance to mingle at the bar and take your seat for a 4 course menu.
