Styling
Our styling team have curated a huge collection of wedding decorative items that suit our barn perfectly and will go with any colour scheme you have chosen. Chose one of our styles or have our team create a bespoke package which includes:
Table runners, chargers or table mats, centrepieces and accent decorations, LED candles and tealights
Access to any other items in our prop store such as arches, milk churns, table plans, faux garlands, easles etc
Drop off of personal items for us to put out with set up and take down
Props
Whether you want a boho corner or one of our indoor arches set up as a photo booth, a beautifully styled signing or guestbook table we have a huge collection of styling props for you to choose from.
If you are hiring props from one of our vendor partners we’ll liaise with them and organise access, set up and take down with them.
For those couples with busy lives, with limited time for wedding planning and not wanting to end up with box upon box of wedding decorative items cluttering up their house before and after the wedding. This package can be added to your wedding package to give you more access to our styling and co-ordination teams and more opportunity to create a bespoke wedding with personalised styling, bar choices and extra touches.
Vintage Tractor
Our Little Grey Fergie complete with a trailer with straw bale and hessian seating, will shuttle your guests to the ceremony site, take you and your wedding party to the ceremony and pose for photos afterwards. Real farmer included to drive!
Fire Tables and Blanket Box
Our fire tables provide a warming glow in the evening and photographers love them! They are provided with scandi style benches with alpaca fleece filled sack cushions and rugs. You will also have a blanket basket that is perfect for sitting around the fire tables later on or to help settle any little ones.
Bar Design
We work with a few local breweries and have a rotating beer pump on the bar. This is usually at the Bar Managers discretion but as VIPs you can taste some of the beers and choose which one you would like for your wedding.
You can also choose a personalised cocktail based on your favourite spirits to sit alongside our house cocktail menu and come up with a name for it yourselves!
You'll have more input into what's on the bar so if you're fans of rum, whisky or tequila we'll tailor our selection to you
Garden Games
We’ll transform our paddock into a games area for you with our garden games. Feel free to pass us any of your own or any additional signage you have and we’ll set it up.
VIP Evening
To help you get to know us ahead of your wedding you'll be invited along to our VIP Evening Reception.
Chat with our styling and co-ordination team and get a feel for the barn in the evening.
Free drinks for the couple and guests may attend for a ticket fee if you want to bring your tribe.
Extra Team Support
As well as access to our super venue co-ordination team they will also be on hand to liaise with your other suppliers who are providing services at the barn and arrange access times, collect their insurance details etc to save you going back and forward between your wedding team.
Cake, favours, table decorations, personal items, bunting... even for minimalist couples there is a lot to take away with you. We'll provide a team to do this for you and if you leave us your boxes we'll pack away any personal items for you to collect at a later date.
